Key Lime and Truffle Cupcakes

Key limes aren't just for pies anymore! Fresh key limes were added to rich buttercream icing and vanilla cake to create a tart, yet smooth creamy taste.
Mini chocolate truffle cupcakes are topped off by a vanilla buttercream, chocolate truffles and chocolate buttercream frosting!

  1. Even after I toppled my key lime cupcake (by allison) over, the frosting is SO TASTY that I scooped and respread with my finger. (CLASSY, I know!)
